Hardscape Technician

What You’ll Do

You’ll work on a crew building outdoor living spaces across the Omaha area. Projects include paver patios and walkways, outdoor kitchens and fire features, retaining and seating walls, driveways and paver systems, water features, and landscape installations. Daily responsibilities include installing pavers, retaining wall systems, and hardscape materials; operating equipment such as skid loaders, excavators, compactors, and saws; preparing base, grading, and site layout; loading and staging materials; maintaining clean and organized jobsites; and working efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

What We’re Looking For

Hardworking and dependable, comfortable working outdoors in all weather, strong work ethic and positive attitude, ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor, team player who works well with others, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to Valley, Nebraska.

Preferred (Not Required)

Landscape construction or hardscape experience, experience installing pavers or retaining walls, equipment experience with skid loaders or excavators, CDL, and Spanish / bilingual.

Pay & Benefits

$20–$28 per hour based on experience, paid weekly, year-round work with no layoffs, health, dental, and vision insurance (after 60 days), life, AD&D, and disability insurance options, paid holidays and vacation (after 90 days), paid winter break after 6 months, 401(k) retirement plan, and advancement opportunities.
