Landscape Design & Build Foreman

We are hiring a Landscape Design & Build Foreman to lead construction projects from start to finish while managing a crew and maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Full-Time in Valley, NE
$28–$38 per hour
Year-Round Work - No Layoffs
Paid Weekly

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead and supervise design and build projects including patios and walkways, fire pits and outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, seating and retaining walls, driveways, and water features. Responsibilities include managing and motivating crew members, ensuring proper installation techniques and jobsite safety, coordinating materials, tools, and equipment, maintaining production efficiency and attention to detail, communicating with clients, supervisors, and team members, accurately documenting job progress, and assisting with snow removal during winter months.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of design and build foreman experience, experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators and skid loaders, ability to operate powered tools including paver saws and compactors, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and piping systems, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred (Not Required)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) and CDL license.

Pay & Benefits
